Pietro Barrile
Pietro is Co-founder and Partner at BMP. His extensive career has spanned corporate, product, socio-political and crisis communications. Before founding BMP, he worked for over twelve years in a leading international PR agency, initially in Milan and then as Head of its Rome office. For three years, he was Italian National Correspondent for the European information campaign “For Diversity, Against Discrimination”, and prior to this worked for the External Relations Office of a cosmetics multinational. Pietro holds a degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Public Relations and is a member of the Order of Journalists of Lazio.
Michela Mantegazza
Michela is Co-founder and Partner at BMP. Even before co-founding BMP, she has dedicated her career entirely to consultancy work: initially in Milan, where she managed media relations for corporate ICT accounts, then in Rome, with a leading international PR agency. She has developed a broad skill set, across technology, consumer goods, transport and many other sectors. She has also gained professional experience in the press office of a Brussels-based medical and health information campaign promoted by the European Commission. Michela holds a degree in Modern Letters and has attended Courses in Psychopedagogy of Language and Communication.

BMP was founded as an agile and intentionally streamlined firm, where every project is handled directly by the partners, and every decision is guided by the client’s objectives. For activities requiring specialised or technical expertise, we draw on a close-knit network of external professionals with whom we have long-standing collaborations and who share our values. When designers, developers, web designers, photographers, videomakers or other specialists are involved in a project, they operate as a natural extension of BMP, always under our direct responsibility and with the same method and level of care.
