Netherlands-based multinational Arcadis is a world leader in design and consultancy for natural resources and the built environment, with a presence in over 70 countries and a multi-billion Euro turnover.
After working with Arcadis to identify the communication priorities for the various vertical divisions of the corporate business, BMP liaised with the company’s global and local PR functions to implement press office activities that would maintain a constant flow of information to the target media.
Press releases were created, approved and distributed to focus the media on Arcadis’ involvement in projects that clearly demonstrated the company’s high levels of technical and consulting expertise across a variety of sectors.
BMP also localised the content and results of a number of market research and analysis projects conducted by Arcadis, and pitched these successfully to the media through exclusive follow-up interviews between key titles and senior management at Arcadis Italia.
After less than a year of working with BMP, Arcadis has achieved strong visibility in all the main target media. The extensive coverage list takes in trade publications (such as Il Quotidiano Immobiliare, Monitor Immobiliare, InfoBuild, The Next Building), high-profile general titles (la Repubblica, Corriere della Sera), business press (Il Sole 24 Ore, la Repubblica Affari&Finanza, Italia Oggi), and numerous vertical media (including Mark Up, Hotel Domani, TTG Italia, Banca&Mercati).
On one occasion, two of the biggest national dailies – Il Sole 24 Ore and Corriere della Sera – both ran full-page spreads on two different Arcadis projects, on the same day!
