A Customer Reference Program that boosts business

Co.Mark, a Tinexta Group company, is a market leader in Temporary Export Management services.

To support its business development, Co.Mark entrusted BMP with its Customer Reference Program (CRP), which, by sourcing quality, real-world client testimonials and building compelling success stories around them, has enabled the company to win column inches and visibility in both local and vertical media. 

The CRP has generated many articles in titles such as La Gazzetta di Mantova, Il Corriere di Torino, Latina Oggi, la Repubblica edizione Torino, Il Corriere del Mezzogiorno, La Provincia di Como, Quotidiano di Puglia and numerous others, as well as in specialist publications like Polimerica, GDO Week, Ediltecnico, Costruire Stampi, and so on.

The result? Increased sales leads from businesses in the geographies and markets that these publications cover, all potentially interested in using Co.Mark’s services to support their export drives (an effect, also, of the careful re-use of content  on the company’s website and across varied social media channels).

BMP took on the responsibility of seeking out the stories with the most media potential, liaising with Co.Mark’s sales team and reference customers, producing suitably written copy, distilling the company’s key messages and identifying the journalists on the publications’ editorial teams who would be most interested in the content.

Lastly, around particularly strategic topics and announcements, BMP organised 1-to-1 meetings between the company’s senior management and journalists from the major national media, including Il Sole 24 Ore and la Repubblica Affari & Finanza, as well as producing and placing bylined articles – on the theme of doing business – in specialist titles like PMI.it and Il Giornale delle PMI.
